Our six Impact Portfolios allow donors to support not just one solution, but an ecosystem of organizations collectively driving real, long-term impact across the Upstate.

50 Percent Increase on Events

Our Q2 analysis found that every nonprofit fundraising event supported by POP experienced at least a 50% increase in funds raised compared with its previous results. This demonstrates the measurable impact of pairing nonprofit leaders with strategic planning, guidance and hands-on support.
Tech Solutions

POP developed a custom platform that allows a nonprofit's volunteers and the people they serve to coordinate scheduling, calendar access, registrations and background checks in one streamlined system. It replaced an inadequate platform costing approximately $30,000 annually with a tailored solution costing just $20 per month.
Expansion

After more than a decade of serving Spartanburg, a nonprofit launched its first location in Greenville. POP helped pave the way by connecting its team with local housing leadership, churches and businesses, coordinating food-drive support and helping launch its first weekly community event.
Accreditation

POP helped a nonprofit partner successfully secure accreditation by developing and updating a significant portion of its time-sensitive governance package. Amid major internal transitions, we also walked closely alongside its executive director to restructure the budget, evaluate staffing needs and develop a more sustainable organizational structure.

Our Process

90-Minute Monthly Meetings

Each month, we sit down with nonprofit leaders for a focused 90-minute meeting to identify current challenges, set priorities, and align on next steps that will move their mission forward.
These meetings create intentional space for clarity, strategy, and forward momentum.

“Homework” Take-Away

After each meeting, our team takes on key action items, completing meaningful work that removes barriers and creates momentum for the organization.
This allows nonprofit leaders to stay focused on their mission while we handle critical operational needs.

Report Accomplishments

Once our “homework” has been completed, we report back to each nonprofit leader sharing measurable progress and tangible wins, ensuring full transparency and continued alignment with each nonprofit’s goals.
Every step is tracked and communicated so impact is clearly seen and celebrated.

We meet monthly, in person, for 90 minutes with nonprofit leaders who are committed to seeing Jesus become known and lives restored across the Upstate of South Carolina.
Each session is simple, focused, and action-oriented.
We start by listening and drawing out the next three outcomes your organization is most called to pursue. From there, we clarify what progress looks like and align around shared responsibility: what you will do and what we will do alongside you.
Every meeting ends with one clear action step (a practical, achievable focus for the next 30 days) so vision doesn’t stay abstract and momentum doesn’t stall.
This isn’t consulting from a distance.
It’s walking with Christian leaders who want to see heaven on earth, right here in our communities, through faithful obedience and tangible action.

This work began with a simple conviction:
faithful leaders shouldn’t have to carry the mission alone.
We saw Christian nonprofit leaders faithfully serving the Upstate were vision-rich, deeply committed, and often overwhelmed by the weight of leadership, strategy, and sustainability. Not because they lacked calling, but because they lacked consistent, relational support.
So we built something different.
Instead of one-time consulting or distant coaching, we chose presence. We meet monthly, sitting across the table, listening well, and helping leaders discern their next faithful steps.
Our heart is to see Jesus made known not just in words, but in lives changed, organizations strengthened, and communities restored. We believe when leaders are supported, ministries flourish and when ministries flourish, the Kingdom becomes visible.
This is our small part in seeking heaven on earth, right here in the Upstate of South Carolina.
